While I was translating one of the French crochet manuals, I was looking at the different lace patterns. All of the patterns called for cotton yarn, and I just so happened to have this beautiful cake of 100% cotton yarn. I wrote up this pattern from the different lace techniques available and put this together! My brain melted a bit with the math to put it together, but it was so worth it. The handles came out the way that I wanted to and it turned out just the right size for going out! I might release the pattern, but I'll have to rewrite it with all the scribbles on my paper.
